NEWSLETTER EJE N°4 - (MAY 2012)

The fourth EJE newsletter has just been published. This newsletter presents an overview of legislative process regarding the adoption of a regulation creating a European bank account preservation order and looks back on the European legislative news of these last weeks which are of interest for European judicial officers.

The third EJE newsletter has just been published. This newsletter comes back on the comments made by the EJE partners on the proposal for a regulation creating a European Account preservation order. It also reviews the European legislative news of these last weeks, in particular in the field of civil justice and E-justice.

The second EJE newsletter has just been published. This newsletter comes back on the publication, in last July, of the proposal for a regulation creating a European Account Preservation Order. It also reviews the European legislative news of these last weeks.

Newsletter EJE n° 1 (MAY 2011)

The first EJE newsletter has just been published. This newsletter explains the last news of the EJE project as well as the last European news susceptible to interest the professionals of enforcement. In the prospect of the publication, in next July, of a proposal for a regulation on the creation of an European procedure for the attachment of bank accounts, the newsletter makes a point on the views of the EJE partners on the question as well as on the adoption, by the European PArliament, of a resolution with recommandations to the European Commission on proposed interim measures for the freezing and disclosure of debtors’ assets in cross-border cases.
